| Knead to Know - Bread-making in Wood-burning Ovens | ||
| Learn to cook – and taste! – traditional food and recipes, home-baked bread and delicious wines. Your hosts are the Mustilli family - Leonardo, Marilì, Paola and Anna Chiara - who are producers of some of the finest Falanghina and Aglianico this side of the Sannio! A beautiful venue, their cellars and B&B are located in the heart of the ancient town. Over the weekend you will learn the art of bread-making in brick ovens with expert baker Antonella. Marilì will teach the recipe for pancotto con verdure and Anna Chiara will lead us on a wine-tasting adventure that will take us back to the 16th century, in the ancient tufa wine cellars hewn into the foundations of the city. Naturally we will be on hand to translate and Federico will take the group on a guided tour of the town. Click on the link below for programme, costs and further details or on the facebook page |
